The Board of Directors of CC@ONE Properties Invest combines experience and expertise from the financial, construction, and lifestyle industries.

CC@ONE Properties Invest – 49% owned by One United Properties and 51% by CC Trust Group AG – a private equity investment firm, with a focus on sustainable real estate development, has launched its activities and announces its Board of Directors. The firm's investments target early-stage premium property projects located in the most demanded areas of Bucharest.

The Board of Directors of CC@ONE Properties Invest combines experience and expertise from the financial, construction, and lifestyle industries:

  • Claudio Cisullo is Chairman of the Board of Directors and co-founder of CC@ONE Properties Invest and Chairman of CC Trust Group AG, an international family office. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, venture capital, and private equity.

  • Victor Căpitanu is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and co-founder of CC@ONE Properties Invest and co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors of One United Properties. He is also the co-founder of Capital Partners, the leading investment banking company in Romania.

  • Daniela Spuhler-Hoffmann is a Member of the Board of Directors of CC@ONE Properties Invest and owner and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Swiss construction companies Esslinger AG and Barizzi AG.

  • Walter Stürzinger is a Member of the Board of Directors of CC@ONE Properties Invest and is CEO and Vice-Chairman of Kündig Group, with over 40 years of experience in the banking business, where he held various management positions and served as a Member of the Group Executive Board of UBS.

  • Alexander Schneider is a Member of the Board of Directors of CC@ONE Properties Invest and is President of the worldwide Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts with many years of experience in the global hotel and lifestyle industry.
