The second place in the top is also occupied by an apartment on the top floor of the new exclusive One Charles de Gaulle project, located exactly in Charles de Gaulle Square in Bucharest. The house is spread over two floors and has an area of 287 square meters built, plus a 50 square meter terrace serving the living room of 70 square meters and two other terraces configured for the sleeping area with a surface of 42 square meters and 14 square meters respectively. The apartment has four bedrooms and was bought for 2.2 million euros. The project was recently delivered by One United Properties. Actually, the company dominates the top selling of luxury apartments in Bucharest last year.
