One Tower office building developed by One United Properties in the heart of Floreasca neighborhood will host the new headquarters of McCann Worldgroup Romania.
The developer announces that it has signed the lease contract for this relocation, and McCann Worldgroup Romania team will move to the new office spaces in the second quarter of this year.
One Tower office building is part of One Floreasca City project, the first mixed sustainable development in Romania, and will become the workspace for no less than 300 employees in McCann Worldgroup Romania team. The building has the most advanced LEED pre-certification on the Romanian market, LEED v4 Core & Shell at Platinum level, and is ready to be WELL HEALTH AND SAFETY certified, being one of the first healthy buildings in our country. Built in Floreasca area, One Tower offers tenants the highest standards in terms of office spaces, emphasis on increased comfort at work, but also direct access to Floreasca Park, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, concept stores.
"McCann Romania's decision to move to One Tower is a relevant example of the present interest to improve the working environment for teams, as an impact of the pandemic. We are glad that through this transaction and the relocation of McCann Romania team, One Tower will host a pole of creativity. At present, the concern of large companies is for new, certified, technological buildings that can provide a safe and productive work environment, with complex and efficient accessibility ",
says Mihai Păduroiu, CEO Office Division One United Properties.
"Just like the partners at One United Properties, we not only experience sustainability, but we support, encourage, and apply it on every possible occasion (and location),"
said Bogdan Enoiu, General Manager of McCann Worldgroup Romania.
"The intention was not only to change the place where we work but to change the work experience itself. The new space at One Tower building is a place where our creative community will go to meet, socialize, create, not one where they will sit in front of a computer from morning to night. We will even implement an application to help them make better use of space, they will be able to book different meeting rooms, working spaces or experiences in our new headquarters. The work experience will be flexible, one that considers the teachings of the last period. People will have a physical base, but they will still be able to work from home, from the mountains, from the seaside or from the country house. They will be able to think and create in the spaces arranged in the office, but also on the terraces or in the parks near the office",
says Cătălin Dobre, Chief Creative Officer McCann Worldgroup Romania.
