One Mircea Eliade was granted the "Green Homes" pre-certification from Romanian Green Building Council

Following One Herăstrău Park, the first residential complex in Bucharest with a "Green Homes" certification, and One Charles de Gaulle, another exclusive green residential project, One United Properties receives another recognition of its sustainability practices: One Mircea Eliade, the exclusive residential project developed within One Floreasca City multifunctional project, was granted the ”Green Homes” pre-certification from Romanian Green Building Council.

Along with the three towers that make up the residential compound One Mircea Eliade, which will offer 247 exclusive apartments with panoramic views over Floreasca Park and Floreasca Lake, the mixed project One Floreasca City will also include One Tower office building dedicated to office space rentals for companies looking for a high quality work environment. Over 50% of the apartments and commercial spaces available in One Mircea Eliade have already been sold and the structure has reached the 10th floor with 3 basements completed.

The pre-certification granted to One Mircea Eliade proves once again the developer's preoccupation to build projects at high, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and sustainable standards. Of the approximately 27,000 square meters of land of the entire One Floreasca City development, the ground footprint construction will be of only 9,000 square meters, while the difference of almost 18,000 square meters will be for green space, pedestrian streets, playgrounds and relaxation areas, all public open.

Steven Borncamp, Romanian Green Building Council founder:

”ONE United Properties respects its commitment to build the entire portfolio of residential projects at the highest sustainability standards. The developer has also been granted the ”Green Homes” pre-certification for ONE Mircea Eliade, part of ONE Floreasca City. The ”Green Homes” certification system is the most robust residential building system, recognized as a good practice model by the European Commission."

One United Properties invests 100 million euros in One Floresca City project that will revitalize the entire area located at the intersection of Mircea Eliade Boulevard and Calea Floreasca. The extensive multifunctional project, consisting of an exclusive residential project - One Mircea Eliade, as well as a representative office building - One Tower implies not only investment in the built area, but also in the road infrastructure designed to fluidize traffic in the area, and the 1,200 parking places.

One Tower, the office compound of One Floreasca City has also received the LEED v4 Core & Shell pre-certification at the Platinum level from the US Green Building Council, the highest performance of a building in construction phase on the Romanian market.
