Beatrice Dumitrașcu, VP Residential Sales OUP: ”Romania does not have a rental market, but it will grow in the coming years.”

September 25th, Bucharest – Ziarul Financiar, one of the most prestigious business publications in Romania, organizes the fourth edition of the ZF Offices and Residential Conference, the event that brings together the most active real estate developers on the local market. One United Properties is one of the main partners of the event and takes part in the debate panel agenda.

Beatrice Dumitrașcu, VP Residential Sales One United Properties, was invited to share her experience in the field for the Residential Panel discussing topics such as the evolution of real estate sales for apartments in the premium and luxury segment, the most sought after areas of Bucharest for housing, construction trends and prices.

Beatrice Dumitrașcu noticed that Romania does not have a rental market, but it will grow in the coming years as apartment prices will continue to rise, and millennials are not interested in buying houses since they have a different lifestyle. At the same time, the developing area is important, and it may attract clients on a constantly growing market and a diverse offer. Developers need to focus on additional elements such as finishes, costs, infrastructure, access to shopping, leisure, etc.
