The company has booked 43 residential units in July in projects such as One Herăstrău Towers, Neo Timpuri Noi, One Mircea Eliade, One Verdi Park, and Neo Mamaia.
The precontracted apartments will be delivered within the next two years. Among these, two penthouses worth EUR 7.2 million stand out. The other 41 apartments are worth EUR 11.3 million and were sold for EUR 275,000 per unit.
