Bachelor’s Degree required; Law preferred;
Minimum of five years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management;
Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills;
Robust skills in Microsoft Office;
Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints;
Good command of the English language.
Coordinating the conclusion of pre-sale and sales and purchase agreements;
Revision of all documents to be signed in a real estate transaction;
Drafting various documents such as pre-sale agreements, addenda to pre-sale agreements, assignment contracts, clearing protocols, loan agreements;
Submitting the documents to be signed to the broker/client;
Management of the agency agreements (drafting, submitting the amounts to be invoiced, checking the invoices);
Providing the clients/broker/lawyer with the property documents (ownership, acquisition, permits);
Clarifying the juridical, commercial and fiscal issues of the transaction with the client/broker/lawyer;
Drafting the handover protocols for the apartments, preparing the property documents file;
Calculating and submitting the notary the amounts to be inserted in the final contracts;
Revision of the cadastral documents and energy performance certificates for final contracts;
Submitting data and information requested by the banks for financing the clients;
Submitting payment schedule, due amounts and payment reminders to the clients;
Updating plans of the apartments and keeping a record of the sold parking spaces;
Updating price lists and submitting them to the internal and external brokers;
Maintaining a good relationship with the notary, clients, brokers.
