One Floreasca City
Designed from the beginning as a unique multifunctional development on the Romanian market, One Floreasca City is getting closer to completion. Started in May 2018, the construction of this emblematic real estate project is advancing, so that by the end of 2020 the first residents will be able to move here.

At this moment, the structure for the multifunctional project is complete, the facade is almost finished, and 80% of the residential component is already pre-contracted, which allows the developer to meet the estimated delivery time for the end of 2020, both for the office component - One Tower, as well as for the residential one - One Mircea Eliade.
One Floreasca City brings many advantages to the entire area, such as the redevelopment of Automatica park, the widening of the road area, the promenade area open to the public, and parking spaces in the basement of the project, thus allowing pedestrians access to the neighborhood. At the same time, it is a project of superlatives:
The residential compound – One Mircea Eliade – contains the highest apartment tower in sector 1 of the city. The ensemble is made up of 3 towers (two of them of 15 levels and one of 20), with 247 exclusive residential units, Green Homes certified.
The office component of the ensemble – One Tower (has 16 levels, but which rise to the same height as the 20-level residential tower) – has the pre-certification LEED v4 Core & Shell at Platinum level, the best performance of a building in phase construction on the Romanian market. In terms of sustainability, this represents the highest level of appreciation and technical evaluation of a building.
One Floreasca City is the first internationally awarded Romanian real estate project. Last year, One United Properties received the first international award of a Romanian developer, awarded in London, at the International Property Awards - "Best International Sustainable Residential Development 2019-2020".
